Meaning
Cock and ball torture, or CBT for short is a series of sexual practices of exerting pain upon the male genitalia.
The practice encompasses waxing, piercing, ballbusting, utheral play, just to name a few.
It gained great popularity since 2010, used in pranks as well as posts and memes. CBT has become embraced more widely since January of 2019, mostly in Reddit and Instagram posts.
Origin
Its Wikipedia page was created in 2004, which set the base for the upcoming spread of the phenomenon. Its true explosion however happened after 2010, when an audio narration has been uploaded to the site, which has been used in pranks.
Spread and Usage
Cock and ball torture has since then conquered sites like Coub, Reddit, Twitter as well as YouTube. Several memes had also spread on Imgur and even Instagram, though the phenomenon is still the most popular on Reddit.
