She is often seen redrawn as different characters, in the same position and manic expression.
Origin
The original artwork was created by Shiden Akira who published “Tiny Boobs Giant Tits History” in 2007.
In the doujin, the plot is propelled by the brother of the gifted girl, who is insulting her massive assets, calling her on her other popular name, “Titty Monster”.
They end up making up for this transgression with some incestuous love.
Spread and Usage
The comic was often spammed on the image boards of 4chan, in an attempt to force a meme with the line “Shut the fuck up, you titty monster!”
These spammings resulted in the rise of the original hentai’s popularity, leading to the discovery of the now well-known pose.
Several artworks have been created and uploaded on sites like 4chan and Reddit, featuring characters in this peculiar position.
The phrase “Mega Milk” got turned into a T-shirt design, to the joy and happiness of the fans.
An Urban Dictionary definition was written about Mega Milk in 2015, with another being added in 2017.
